The annual Crawford County Carcass Show was held July 28 at Link’s Country Meats in Crestline. Grower entries and Crawford County Fair champions from the previous week were showcased. Ohio State graduate student Bo Garcia evaluated the carcasses. For those in attendance, Garcia also discussed results and described the ideal carcass. Attendees enjoyed Mark’s Homemade Ice Cream and fellowship, along with the evaluation of 29 carcasses.
