OFBF Leaders

  • John C. "Jack" Fisher

    Executive Vice President

    Fisher holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Ohio State University and a master's from Ball State. He was deputy director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture, director of the Illinois Corn Growers Association and Marketing Board, executive director of governmental affairs and commodities for Illinois Farm Bureau and was plant manager for the popcorn division of Wyandot, Inc.

  • Steve Hirsch


    Hirsch was elected president in 2011 and previously served as first vice president. He represents District 15 members in Fairfield, Hocking, Pickaway and Ross counties. He and his family produce apples, peaches, grapes, strawberries, and other fruits and operate a retail farm market and a cider pressing facility. He holds a business administration degree from the University of Dayton.

    First Vice President

    Burkett represents District 9 members in Columbiana, Mahoning, Portage and Stark counties.

    District 7 Trustee

    Prettyman represents members in Crawford, Marion, Morrow and Richland counties.

    District 18 Trustee

    Osswald represents members in Butler, Hamilton, Montgomery and Preble counties.

    Mossbarger represents members in Clinton, Fayette, Greene and Warren counties.

    District 20 Trustee

    Adams represents members in Adams, Brown, Clermont and Highland counties.
