OFBF Leaders

  • John C. "Jack" Fisher

    Executive Vice President

    Fisher holds bachelor's and master's degrees from Ohio State University and a master's from Ball State. He was deputy director of the Ohio Department of Agriculture, director of the Illinois Corn Growers Association and Marketing Board, executive director of governmental affairs and commodities for Illinois Farm Bureau and was plant manager for the popcorn division of Wyandot, Inc.

  • Steve Hirsch

    President

    Hirsch was elected president in 2011 and previously served as first vice president. He is a 10-year board member representing Fairfield, Hocking, Pickaway and Ross counties. He and his family produce apples, peaches, grapes, strawberries, and other fruits and operate a retail farm market and a cider pressing facility. He holds a business administration degree from the University of Dayton.

  • Sparky R. Weilnau

    First Vice President

    Weilnau represents members in Cuyahoga, Erie, Huron and Lorain counties. His family farm produces popcorn, field corn, soybeans and wheat. He has been a member of the Erie County Farm Bureau since 1976 and has been involved in numerous leadership roles including Erie County commissioner. He is a Milan Township trustee and a member of the Erie County Regional Planning Commission.

    Treasurer

    Burkett represents members in Columbiana, Mahoning, Portage and Stark counties.

  • Keith Truckor

    District 1 Trustee

    Truckor represents members in Defiance, Fulton, Henry and Williams counties.

  • Daryl L. Knipp

    District 2 Trustee

    Knipp represents members in Lucas, Ottawa, Sandusky and Wood counties.

  • Bill Patterson

    District 4 Trustee

    Patterson represents members in Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake and Trumbull counties.

  • Michael Schumm

    District 5 Trustee

    Schumm represents members in Allen, Paulding, Putnam and Van Wert counties.

  • Paul A. Harrison

    District 6 Trustee

    Harrison represents members in Hancock, Hardin, Seneca and Wyandot counties.

  • Cy Prettyman

    District 7 Trustee

    Prettyman represents members in Crawford, Marion, Morrow and Richland counties.

  • Roger Baker

    District 8 Trustee

    Baker represents members in Ashland, Medina, Summit and Wayne counties.

    District 10 Trustee

    Joslin represents members in Auglaize, Logan, Mercer and Shelby counties.

  • Katherine Harrison

    District 11 Trustee

    Harrison represents members in Delaware, Franklin, Madison and Union counties.

    District 12 Trustee

    Davidson represents members in Coshocton, Holmes, Knox and Licking counties.

    Wuebker represents members in Champaign, Clark, Darke and Miami counties.

  • James Swingle

    District 16 Trustee

    Swingle represents members in Guernsey, Morgan, Muskingum and Perry counties.

  • Al Miller

    District 17 Trustee

    Miller represents members in Belmont, Monroe, Noble and Washington counties.

  • Lane Osswald

    District 18 Trustee

    Osswald represents members in Butler, Hamilton, Montgomery and Preble counties.

  • John Mossbarger

    District 19 Trustee

    Mossbarger represents members in Clinton, Fayette, Greene and Warren counties.

  • Craig Adams

    District 20 Trustee

    Adams represents members in Adams, Brown, Clermont and Highland counties.

  • Tim R. Williams

    District 21 Trustee

    Williams represents members in Jackson/Vinton, Pike and Scioto counties.

  • Joyce A. Payne

    District 22 Trustee

    Payne represents members in Athens, Gallia, Lawrence and Meigs counties.

    Southeast Women's Trustee

    DeBruin represents members in Athens, Belmont, Coshocton, Fairfield, Gallia, Guernsey, Hocking, Holmes, Jackson/Vinton, Knox, Lawrence, Licking, Meigs, Monroe, Morgan, Muskingum, Noble, Perry, Pickaway, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Washington counties.
