*Group Rating Program

Enables small employers with better than average claim histories to combine claim expenses and rate calculations to take advantage of premium savings currently reserved for large employers.  By participating in group rating, employers enjoy a much lower premium than could be attained on their own.  Savings generally range from 25 to the maximum discount allowed by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation each year.  Whether a small, entrepreneurial business or an international company, the Farm Bureau’s program is inclusive of not only the agricultural industry, but manufacturing, construction, transportation, service, and general office.  So whether you are the pizza shop on the corner or a Fortune 500 company, we have a program for everyone.

As a member, you owe it to your organization to explore all of the savings options available to you.  Exploring your options is simple.  For a free, no-obligation analysis, call CompManagement at (800) 825-6755, option 3 or click here to complete online.

*Ohio Safety Congress & Expo 2012

Ohio Safety Congress & Expo Registration Now Open

2012 event features employee wellness and workplace safety theme

COLUMBUS – Registration is now open for the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation (BWC) 2012 Safety Congress and Expo (OSC12), the largest and longest-running occupational safety, health and workers’ compensation conference in Ohio. The free, annual event will run March 27-29 at the Greater Columbus Convention Center and registration is available online at ohiobwc.com.

“Safe, healthy workers are the lifeblood of Ohio’s businesses. Healthy workers are more likely to have a better quality of life, less likely to become injured and have a greater chance for a quick recovery if a workplace accident does happen,” said BWC Administrator/CEO Stephen Buehrer.  “I encourage Ohio employers to attend Safety Congress and learn how a commitment to safety and wellness can benefit their workforce, increase productivity and lower workers’ comp and health-care costs.”

Safety Congress features informative general sessions with nationally-recognized experts, demonstrations and full-day workshops covering the latest safety and health information and techniques.
