The Richland County Farm Bureau is excited to see you at the 2022 Richland County Fair Aug. 7-13! Farm Bureau is a proud supporter of the Richland County youth and fair. The Farm Bureau display will be in the Nature Park building in partnership with the Soil & Water Conservation District, Natural Resources and other agencies.

Richland County Farm Bureau will be participating in Kid’s Day on Wed., Aug. 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Come to the Nature Park for great games, activities and prizes! The building is open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, and Farm Bureau will have people at the booth Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. with the trivia wheel and a chance to earn prizes. The scavenger hunt on the fairgrounds is back, and slips can be picked up at the booth. Once the scavenger hunt is complete return it to the booth Wednesday through Friday 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. to win a prize.

Farm Bureau members will volunteer in the Fairhaven Cafeteria at the fair on Tuesday from 6:30 to 10:30 a.m. and invite you to join for a fun morning.

Richland County Farm Bureau will host the annual Barnyard Olympics on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. in the show arena. Join Farm Bureau for a fun obstacle course and egg toss; participants will receive a $3 voucher to use at the 4-H Dairy Bar or Plymouth FFA pop tent.

Additionally, to support the youth, Richland County Farm Bureau provides awards for the Outstanding Market Livestock Exhibitors in each species, sponsors the Showman of Showmen trophy, and provides t-shirts for every junior fair exhibitor.
