Small Woodland Management: A Woodland Wednesdays Workshop

If you own between 1 and 10 acres of tree-covered land, then you are one of over 6 million landowners in the country. More than 50% of private forest ownership in Ohio alone is in the hands of small woodland owners like you. All these small pieces of woodland add up to over 1.5 million acres of forest in Ohio.  

At the virtual Woodland Wednesday workshop May 17, to learn how to use The Small Woodland Management Manual, written and compiled by Holden Forests & Gardens. Gain assistance defining objectives, assessing your woodland’s health and age, balancing goals, and planning your next steps for management.

Registration is required for this free online presentation and includes a FREE physical copy of the Small Woodland Management Manual to use during the workshop for those who register by May 9 (for adequate mailing time).
