The Wonders of Watersheds: Soil, Water, Climate will take an in-depth look at soil, water, and climate science and ways to effectively integrate these topics into the classroom.

Educators are invited to attend June 27 – June 29 for outdoor investigations, hands-on activities, guest speakers, new resources, field exploration, and time to connect and rejuvenate!  Each day will offer new adventures throughout Geauga and Portage counties, along with a field trip to Old Woman Creek Estuary on Lake Erie.

The workshop is open to educators of all grades and disciplines, and one or two optional graduate credit hours are available through Ashland University. For more information, the agenda and additional details, see the flyer or contact Gail Prunty at [email protected] or 440-834-1122.

Cost is $95 and the registration deadline is June 1. Register online.
