OUR OHIO MAGAZINE FEATURES THE WOLFINGER FAMILY

Janice and Jake Wolfinger of Morristown are featured in the March/April issue of Our Ohio magazine for their commitment to being a quality local producer. The young couple raises cattle with two other families on more than 15,000 acres.
Readers will learn how the Wolfingers became involved in farming and why it’s important to them to be transparent in their beef production and offer consumers choices. "It’s important and part of living in our country that people have choices,” said Janice. “If you want to find your food at a farmers market, you can. But there’s a larger part of the population who work 6 or 7 days a week and long hours. They depend on grocery stores to be open 24 hours a day for them to feed their family and that’s who we provide for.”

Additional information can be found at OurOhio.org, the magazine’s website dedicated to providing expert information on topics such as Ohio gardening, travel, cooking, history, animals, community involvement, and where to buy Ohio farm products locally.
