Brown County Farm Bureau offers scholarships

Brown County Farm Bureau has made funds available to award up to five (5) $500 scholarships to students who graduates from high school in 2013.  Attached is a copy of the scholarship guidelines and application form..  Please feel free to make copies and give to all interested students.

Scholarship selection will be based on agricultural interests, scholastic achievement, financial need, and Farm Bureau participation. If the parents are not Brown County Farm Bureau members, the student must be planning to major in agriculture at a *college or university and be a Brown County resident.  This restrictive major is waived if the parents are Brown County Farm Bureau members.  *Post secondary technical training will also be considered.

To obtain this scholarship the student must complete an application form along with a copy of their transcript and wallet size photo.Applications are to be returned to the Brown County Farm Bureau office by 4:00 p.m., Thursday, March 28, 2013.
