2013 Children's Literature Award
Each year Ohio Farm Bureau honors a book andauthor whose work embodies an agricultural theme and contributes to American literature. The Guardian Team also was named book of the year by the American Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture. The American Farm Bureau Foundation produced a companion educator guide to accompany The Guardian Team.
