Annual Farm Safety Meeting set for April 5

The Crawford, Marion, Morrow and Richland County Farm Bureaus will hold the annual Safety Meeting Friday, April 5, 2013.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. with presentations to begin at 9 a.m.
The meeting will be held in Conference Room 235 A/C, Richland County Longview Center, 1495 W Longview Ave. Mansfield, Ohio 44906.
Tim Flock, Crawford County Emergency Management, will address chemical safety from home to farm. Learn how to determine the hazards of chemicals we use every day and how it can affect the human body.
Ben King, Nationwide Agribusiness, will present ways to identify risk and limit liability exposure in agriculture. Presentation will include real issues encountered at farms.
