Cuyahoga & Lorain County Farm Bureaus want you to join us for a Scenic Train Ride on the Cuyahoga Valley Scenic Railroad as we travel to Hale Farm and Village on Saturday, July 14, 2012.Leaving the Rockside Train Station in Independence (7900 Old Rockside Rd. Independence, 44131) at 9 a.m., travel by train to Hale Farm and Village.  While on board the train you can immerse yourself in the stories and sounds of the Cuyahoga Valley through the voices of the valley audio tour.  You will hear tales about the earliest settlement of the valley, the coming of the Ohio & Erie Canal and Valley Railway, the creation of Cuyahoga Valley National Park, the return of wildlife and more.  Tour Hale Farm & Village on your own and board the train at 2:30 p.m. for a 2:50 departure back to the Rockside Train Station.   Arrival back at the Rockside Station will be at 3:40 p.m.  A box lunch is optional.Cost: Farm Bureau member price:

Adults and Seniors $ 20    Youth ages 3- 17 $15    2 years & under – no charge

Not a FB member?   You are more than welcome to join us……Non-Member price:  Adults & Seniors $30   Youth ages 3 – 17 (must be accompanied by an adult) $252 years and under – no charge
