Workers' Comp Meeting & Chamber Ag Day Luncheon

Published Feb. 27, 2013 | Discuss this article on Facebook

Each year, for your benefit, OFBF sponsors educational programs dealing with safety in the agriculture workplace. These programs are important for all Farm Bureau members and workers compensation employers in the program - large and small. This year, Ohio Farm Bureau is proud to announce our 17th year of involvement in the Workers' Compensation Group Rating Program. This program is estimated to save members millions of dollars this year alone in workers compensation premiums.

One very important aspect of reducing Workers' Compensation premiums, and to protect our Farm Bureau members, is to reduce the number of claims/accidents we have each year. Every member does their part to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Your attendance at county sponsored seminars will meet your requirements as outlined in the agreement to participate in the OFBF Group Rating Program. You are encouraged to bring along your spouse, manager or employees who can benefit from the session.

In an effort to make these safety seminars accessible to you, many county Farm Bureaus sponsor local meetings. The following meeting is scheduled in your area:
