'Land as Your Legacy' Educational Seminar Feb. 28
Erie County Farm Bureau in conjunction with Trent Nationwide Insurance Group will be holding a 'Land as Your Legacy' educational seminar Tuesday, Feb. 28 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 pm at Sawmill Creek Resort, 400 Sawmill Creek, Huron. The seminar will provide information on the estate and succession planning process for farmers.
After putting everything into your farm, if you want a say in what happens after you are gone then it's important to have a transition plan in place. Steve Hamilton, director with Nationwide's Advanced Consulting Group, Eric Brown financial advisor with Trent Nationwide Insurance Group, and Don Schrieber, director advanced markets & wealth/estate planning with Nationwide Securities, LLC, will walk you through the process of assuring your farms long term success. This event promises to be educational and entertaining.
Sparky & Cathy Weilnau will also be present at this meeting to discuss their experience with this program.
Please RSVP to Stephanie Lang at office 419-663-3892, cell 419-606-6142 or langs3@nationwide.com by Tuesday, Feb. 21. Seating is limited.
