Ohio Farm Bureau hosts online community groups

2013 Scholarships Awarded

The Hancock County Farm Bureau has awarded the following 2013 “Betty Hildebrand” Memorial Scholarships of $700 each.   The scholarship is for a student entering the field of agriculture and has been awarded to Britta Fenstermaker, Michael Tong and Jacob Biery.  Fenstermaker is a graduate of Mc Comb High School as of May 25. Freezer beef donated to City Mission

The Hancock County Farm Bureau board of trustees voted to make a donation tof ground beef o the City Mission to help stock its freezer. A total of 314 pounds were donated.  At a recent board meeting there was discussion on how Farm Bureau could help the community and raise awareness about agriculture.  The meat was purchased from board member, Adam Kirian.  Kiran raises freezer beef on his farm.  ...
