Join us on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 1 to 3 p.m. at St. Ann's Church, 405 Chestnut Street in Dresden for part one of a two-part seminar. Our guest speaker will be Dale Arnold, Director of Energy, Utility and Local Government at Ohio Farm Bureau. Topics for the meeting will be:
- Types of pipeline projects under development in the area
- Negotiating effective easement agreements
- Rules, regulations and procedures concerning resource conservation, repair and remediation
Part two of the seminar is "Questions on Leasing, Land Groups and Developers" the same day, January 5th, and will be from 7 to 9 p.m. at St. Ann's Church with speaker Dale Arnold. Topics will be:
- Energy market trends impacting the community
- Oil and gas leasing basics
- Working with lease brokers and energy developers
- Selecting Legal Counsel and Negotiation groups.
