ProMedica Bay Park Hospital Health Screening Events

7 am – noon

Appointments are required!

Please call 419-849-2526 May 14 – 18 from 9:30 am – Noon or 1:00 – 4:30 PM

Cost is $70. Please make checks payable to ProMedica Bay Park Hospital.

 

Blood work: Requires a 10-12 hour fast prior to your appointment

-          Comprehensive Metabolic Blood Panel (a variety of 14 important indicators)

-          Lipid Profile (total cholesterol, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, VLDL cholesterol

-          Hematology (complete blood count)

-          Special Chemistry (hemoglobin A1C)

-          Prostate screening exam – PSA (Additional $18)

Please enjoy a continental breakfast following your blood work.

You and your physician will receive your blood work results in the mail. We encourage you to discuss these results with your healthcare provider.

Women’s health education

For your convenience, you may also have a digital mammogram or bone density scan (DEXA) at the health screening event.  A physician’s order will be required for these screenings. Please bring your insurance information and call 419-291-3000 to reserve your time. These exams are not part of the screening event and will be charged to your insurance.
