Marion Farmers CARE Breakfast
Marion County Farm Bureau Farmers CARE Breakfast was held March 16, 2013 at Tri-Rivers Career Center at 2222 Marion Mt. Gilead Road, Marion. More than 1,200 folks came out for a breakfast of pancakes, sausage, eggs, milk, orange juice, and coffee for a donation or a non-perishable food item between 7 a.m. and 11 a.m.
Donated food items were distributed to local food pantries.
Several displays with information about Agriculture in Marion County and the nation were available..
Thanks to the many sponsors who helped to make the event a huge success.
