Latham Farley- I was born and raised in Mississippi, graduated from Mississippi State University with a degree in Biology.  Was looking for a job and found a temporary one in Lexington, KY working on a horse farm.  Found a more permanent one with OSU Extension as an Ag Agent and later started with FSA.  I am currently County Executive Director for FSA in Shelby County.  Also, my wife and I are on the OFBF Young Ag Professionals Leadership Committee. As far as my agriculture experience, my neighbors had horses which I tended to for 6 years and my family had cattle.  I did a lot of riding and worked rodeos for 10 years through middle school, high school, and college.  Now, I am going on my 4th harvest season!  The grain industry is a different world from the livestock and equine industry but I am loving it.

Jeff Trick- I graduated from Vandalia Butler High School and finished my bachelor's degree for business in 2001. I have been involved in agriculture for over 30 years, having had a small grain operation and feeder to finish swine operation. I currently raise and market hay and straw. I have been married to my wife Julie for 27 years and we have two children Abigail and Audrey. Julie and I are both active with 4-H and are volunteers for the Milton- Union Foot Prints. I retired from General Motors in 2011 after a 30-year career as a manager. Currently, with my hay and straw business and raising livestock for show I now work part-time for Rio Lima Tack and Feed, selling livestock feed.
