Scholarships!
Ross County Farm Bureau is pleased to announce that it will be awarding two (2) $500 college scholarships for the 2012-2013 academic year. Please see the attached application. The deadline for entry is April 1, 2012.
The Ohio Ag Council also has some scholarship opportunities for Ohio students pursuing a degree in agriculuture. Up to five $1,000 scholarships will be awarded. Visit http://www.ohioagcouncil.org/home. for the application. The deadline for entry is Feb. 15, 2012.
The Ohio Farm Bureau website is also a great place to find scholarship opportunities. Visit http://ofbf.org/foundation/scholarships-and-grants/. There are currently several available with deadlines on March 1, 2012.
The Ohio Cattlemen's Association is also offering some scholarship money. Visit http://ohiocattle.org/Scholarships to find out more information. The deadline for entry is May 1, 2012.
