The 2013 Scioto County Farm Bureau/Mark Harner Nationwide Insurance Agency scholarship applicaitons are now availabe at the Farm Bureau office,231 Broadway Street,Jackson. This applicaton has also been sent to all Scioto County Highschools Guidance Counselors.
