Hello fellow Young Ag Leaders!  We hope everyone is having a safe and plentiful harvest this fall.  The committee and I wanted to touch base with everyone and make sure all is well for you.  We have all been very busy and know that this is a busy time of the year for you, as well.

We want to take this opportunity to thank those of you that participated this past year in Farm Bureau and being a part of our Young Ag program.  We are striving to continue the group and expand it.  Thank you to those of you that were able to come to the fair and participate or help with the various activities our organization puts on and helps with throughout that week.

At this time, we want to let you know about upcoming activities as well as opportunities you have coming up in the near future.   We will be having our family fun night again this winter, along with future plans to have a safety day late summer early fall of 2014.  Also, the state leadership conference will be in January this year, (previously in March), it has been moved to the 24, and 25th of January for 2014.  If this sounds interesting to you, please let the office know soon.  The deadline to register is December 13. You can find more information at http://ofbf.org/uploads/YAP_Winter2014_Final.pdf.As always if you would like to get more involved, please let us know. We are more than willing to help you find “your place” with the organization.  Be thinking of other activities or community service projects we could get involved with.  We welcome any ideas, questions, or concerns.

We hope this harvest season is treating everyone well, and that you all have a safe and healthy holiday season as well.  See you all soon!

Sincerely, Seneca County Young Ag Professional Committee and Roshelle and Derek Rowe, SCYAPC Chairs
