Fun on the Farm - Annual Meeting Success

Sunday, Aug. 18 more than 125 Farm Bureau members and their family took part in a day of Fun on the Farm at the VanDenmark Farms in Sidney for our Annual Meeting! After a wonderful meal and meeting, those in attendance played mini-golf, fished, explored the corn maze, and met the animals in the petting zoo. Once again this year the Promotion and Education Committee and Safety Committee hosted a Poster and Essay Contest for 3rd Graders in county schools. 2012 Salad Project HARVEST!

During the last week in March, the 2013 Salad Project began! Since then, at the Emerson Elementary in Sidney, you could find planters with sprouting plants in and outside the school.
