Jackson-Vinton Farm Bureau makes donation to Jackson County Humane Society

Recently the Jackson-Vinton Farm Bureau gave a donation the the Jackson County Humane Society.  The board members felt it was important to remember the animals of Jackson Co that don't have a family to take them home. The local Humane Society works very hard to find loving homes for the dogs, cats, and other animals in their care, that were removed from abusive or neglectful owners....

Jackson-Vinton Farm Bureau Donates to Vinton County Dog Shelter

The Jackson-Vinton Farm Bureau will be set up at the R.O.A.R (Rural Ohio Appalachia Revisted) event at Lake Hope State Park on Saturday, Oct. 27, from 10 a.m to 4 p.m. This event is open to the public and will have a wide variety of booths and events to enjoy. With the Jackson-Vinton County Farm Bureau Hog Wild Fundraiser in full swing, the public has decided who the People’s Choice Pig of Jackson County is for 2012.
