Wyandot County “Fun With Farm Bureau” Results—September 13, 2013

Each year the Wyandot County Farm Bureau sponsors “Fun with Farm Bureau” Friday evening of the Wyandot County Fair.  This is a fun filled, family event open to all fairgoers.  The results are below:

Nail Pounding:

  • 4 and under:  First round: Myles Parsell, Second round:  Reese Ward.   Winner:  Reese Ward
  • 5-6 years old:  First round: Landon Nelson, Second round: Elaina Post, Third round: Jacob Traxler Winner:  Jacob Traxler.
  • 7-9 years old:  First round: Evan Kinley, second round:  Jacob Ward, third round:  Brooke Swazel, fourth round:  Ella Clinger, fifth round:  Evan Hinesman, sixth round:  Anna Gerber.  Winner:  Evan Kinley.
  • 10-12 Years old:  First round:  Aiden Vent, second round:  Jared Lehnhart, third round:  Owen Mauer, fourth round:  Elaina Velasquez.  Winner:  Jared Lehnhart.
  • 13-15 years old:  First round:  Winner:  Jarett Thiel.
  • Adult nail pounding contest:  Winner:  Mike Taylor.

Bubble Gum Blowing Contest:

  • 6 and under:  Audrey Kinley
  • 7-10 Years old:  Atleigh Vent
  • 11-16 years old:  Grace Kinley and Aiden Vent
  • 17 and over:  Alissa Beamer
  • Grand Champion bubble gum blower:  Aiden Vent.

Cross Cut Saw contest:

  • Men: Alan Taylor and Scott Clinger-First Place.
  • Women: Shelly Thiel and Cheryl Thiel-First Place.
  • Man/Woman Team: Scott & Sarah Clinger-First Place

Bail Toss

  • 16 and over
  • Men:  Scott Clinger 32’ 10”
  • Women:  Cheryl Thiel, 22’5”
  • Man/women toss off:  Winner:  Scott Clinger.

Sack Race

  • 4 -5 Year olds—Kyla Conley
  • 6-8 year olds
  • First round:  Brooke Montgomery
  • Second round:  Cassidy Breidenbach
  • Winner:  Cassidy Breidenbach
  • 9-11 Year olds
  • First round: Brooke Swavel. Second round: Lia Barth. Third round: Sophie Lucas
  • Winner:  Brooke Swavel.
  • 12-16 Year olds
  • Winner:  Jarett Thiel.
  • 17 and over
  • Winner:  Jordan Walton.
