Town Hall Ohio looks ahead to the Ohio State Fair

COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) – Everything from great food and spectacular rides to animals and big-name entertainment awaits visitors at the 156th Ohio State Fair. Ohio Expo Center and State Fair General Manager Virgil Strickler and Marketing and Public Relations Director Christina Leeds, will discuss the vast variety of attractions for fairgoers.

Ohio Farm Bureau’s Cara Lawson will describe what the ‘Land and Living’ exhibit, located in the Nationwide Donahey Ag & Hort Building, has to offer visitors of all ages. Scott Peacock, Experience Columbus, will examine the economic impact the fair has on central Ohio and Kaleigh Frazier will share the Ohio Department of Agriculture’s role in ride safety and Heartland Cuisine cooking demonstrations in the Taste of Ohio Café. Want to know what it takes to prepare animals for the fair? Junior fair exhibitor William Long will walk listeners through the process.
