Troyer Re-Elected to Farm Bureau State Board

COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) – Andra Troyer of London was re-elected to her third three-year term on the board of trustees for Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF) during the organization’s annual meeting Dec. 1 to 3 in Columbus. As Southwest Women’s Trustee, Troyer represents Farm Bureau members from 22 Ohio counties.
Troyer and her husband, Richard, are grain farmers and are the parents of one child, Jared, who also is active in the family farming operation. She has been a self-employed small businessperson for 23 years and has been active in Madison County Farm Bureau serving as past president and as chairman of Madison County Soil and Water. She has been extensively involved with Darby watershed and other Madison County planning issues. She serves on the Swank Rural Urban Affairs Advisory Board at Ohio State University. She is a graduate of Jonathan Alder High School.
Ohio Farm Bureau Federation is the state’s largest farm organization. OFBF is influential as a public policy advocate and in public relations for agriculture. Its mission is to forge a partnership between farmers and consumers.
