Davis re-elected to Farm Bureau State Board

COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) – Kim Davis of Carrollton was re-elected to her third three-year term as a state trustee of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF) during the organization’s annual meeting Dec. 1 - 3 in Columbus. She represents Farm Bureau members in District 13, which consists of Carroll, Harrison, Jefferson and Tuscarawas counties.
Davis has been active in the Carroll County Farm Bureau where she has served on the county board and has been involved in the membership, marketing and young farmer programs. She currently serves on Ohio’s Wildlife Council. She is a former feed representative for Countrymark Cooperative and remains active with the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association. Davis and her husband, Todd, farm along with Todd’s parents raising beef cattle and producing hay.
Davis has a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Ohio State University. She and her husband are the parents of three children and are members of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church.
Ohio Farm Bureau Federation is the state’s largest farm organization. OFBF is influential as a public policy advocate and in public relations for agriculture. Its mission is to forge a partnership between farmers and consumers.
