Miller Re-elected to Farm Bureau State Board

COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) – Allen Miller of Marietta has been re-elected to the board of trustees for Ohio Farm Bureau Federation (OFBF). He will serve his 2nd three-year term representing Farm Bureau members from Belmont, Monroe, Noble and Washington counties. His election took place Dec. 2 during OFBF’s 93rd annual meeting held in Columbus.
Miller is a 28-year member of the Washington County Farm Bureau having served as president and as a board member. He chaired the membership, policy and safety committees. He also has been involved with county farmland preservation efforts.
He and his wife, Jean, own a commercial cow-calf farm where they also produce hay.
The Millers are members of Christ United Methodist Church.
Miller will help govern Ohio’s largest general farm organization. Its mission is to forge a partnership between farmers and consumers. To learn more about Ohio Farm Bureau, visit ofbf.org.
