Town Hall Ohio to host Secretary of State Brunner

COLUMBUS, Ohio (OFBF) - Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner will discuss elections and politics on this week’s Town Hall Ohio .

Brunner and Ohio Farm Bureau Executive Vice President Jack Fisher will look back at the 2008 general election and discuss issues centered on registration, early voting, provisional ballots and counting and reporting. They’ll also address the duties of the state apportionment board and whether its functions should be altered. Brunner will respond to questions about her political future and specifically her interest in running for the U.S. Senate seat, which will open with Sen. George Voinovich’s retirement in 2010.
