From the oil patch to city streets, over 10,000 miles of pipeline construction are expected in the next decade. These include interstate, intrastate, oil and gas collection, and public utility service lines throughout Ohio.

Ohio Farm Bureau Director of Energy Policy Dale Arnold will discuss Pipeline Easement Issues during this online meeting on Wednesday, March 20 at 7 p.m.

Find out about new rules governing construction, operations and enforcement, as well as eminent domain provisions.

Arnold will discuss what landowners should consider as they negotiate pipeline easement agreements, too.

The ability to ask questions on the air will be limited, so send your questions early by entering them into the registration form below where indicated.

This online meeting is for Ohio Farm Bureau members only. Learn more about membership and sign-up to become a member online.

Dale Arnold explains why pipeline easements will become a big deal across the state in this interview with Communications Specialist Chip Nelson.
