The evening begins with a social hour, offering wine, appetizers and a tour of the farm, which specializes in red raspberries and brussels sprouts. A chef will prepare a five-course dinner using local products, while explaining where the food was grown and how the meal was prepared as well as introducing some of the farmers who raised the products. Each course will be paired with a complimentary wine and Farm Bureau members will receive a signature wine glass.
