Ohio Farm Bureau, Farm Credit Mid-America, USDA Farm Service Agency, and The Ohio State University Extension will host informational meetings on the 2014 Farm Bill throughout Ohio in August and September.

The meetings will focus on how the changes in the 2014 Farm Bill will impact producers and their operations. Topics covered include an overview of programs and changes, deadlines and requirements and an introduction to what tools are available in the marketplace.

Jon Coppess is a clinical assistant professor of law and policy in the Department of Agriculture and Consumer Economics at the University of Illinois.
