As it has for the past nine years, Geauga Park District is again offering a course on hunter education. This is a hands-on, educational, two-day course covering firearm safety, ammunition, archery, hunter safety, ethics and conservation. And upon completion, students are eligible to purchase their first hunting licenses!

What: Hunter Education Course

When: Saturday, April 4 & 11 – 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Where: Big Creek Park, Donald W. Meyer Center, 9160 Robinson Road, Chardon Twp.

Students must attend both days to obtain certification. Ages 10 and older, please; a guardian-signed waiver will be required for all children.
