Friends of Ohio Barns’ 2015 conference will feature demonstrations, speakers, displays, the Barn Detectives and more. Friday’s barn tour by motor coach offers participants a wide variety of barns, conditions, assessments, and historic buildings in beautiful Hancock County.

Saturday’s conference will be held at the Brugeman Lodge. Saturday agenda:

8-8:30 Registration, coffee, donuts

8:30-9 Welcome by President Ric Beck

9-10 Keynote speaker – David Fey – Minding Your P’s

10-10:30 Morning Break, Exhibitors, Silent Auction

10:30-11:15 Tim Mason – What a Hoot! Saving Barn Owls in Ohio

11:15-12 Gary Wilson  – The History of Farming and the Relationship with the Cooperative Extension

12-2 Lunch, Annual Member Meeting, Awards

2-2:30 Barn Detectives – Rudy Christian and Dan Troth

2:30-3:15 David  Spahr – The Modern Family Farm

3:15-3:45 Afternoon Break, Exhibitors, Final Bidding

3:45-4:15 Kelly Rundle –  4th Wall Films “The Barn Raisers”

4:15-5:30 Wrap up, Silent Auction Dispersal, Member Visiting
