Our Ohio is running an eight-page insert in the June issue of Ohio Magazine. The insert features Farmers Feed Our Needs campaign information focusing on livestock. Full-page ads are in Cleveland Magazine, Columbus Monthly and Cincinnati Magazine.

There’s still time to enter a recipe in the Bob Evans recipe contest for Farm Bureau members. Deadline is July 22.
Registration ends July 1 for the Grow & Know event at Bob Evans Farm July 18. Choose from among 12 topics including weed and pest control, canning techniques, property protection and more.
The Ohio State Fair begins July 29.

Coming in the next ‘Our Ohio’
The July/August issue of the magazine will feature fruit pie recipes, Hirzel Canning in northwest Ohio, a look at Ohio’s official native fruit the paw paw, a profile of Possum Run Greenhouse in Richland County and a look at all the benefits Ohio State University Extension has to offer.
