Tuscarawas County farmer Jim Rowe, center, joined other farmers on Ohio Farm Bureau's Policy Development Committee to review policy positions at a recent meeting. In December, delegates who have been selected by each county Farm Bureau will consider recommendations from the committee or provide their own ideas at Ohio Farm Bureau’s annual meeting.
