Medina County Farm Bureau hosts farm tour and dinner in woods on a local dairy farm featuring local foods, and benefiting a local animal shelter.

Nearly 40 Grow and Know events have taken place throughout the state ranging from local foods cooking classes and farm tours to farm market tours and on-farm dinners.

Bob Evans Restaurants, JD Equipment and Ohio Farm Bureau Federation hosted a community celebration Aug. 20 at a Clark County Bob Evans Restaurant honoring Lea Kimley and her family on their achievement: exhibiting the Grand Champion Barrow at the 2012 Ohio State Fair.
