Foundation Focuses On Quality of LifeOhio Farm Bureau’s Foundation is designed to strive for measurable agricultural community improvement in Ohio through the support of projects that focus on agricultural education, environmental and economic issues. Foundation officials have stepped up fund-raising activities in the past few months in an effort to fund programs that look at water quality, agriculture education in the classroom and by the roadside. The Ohio Farm Bureau Foundation is classified as nonprofit under IRS Code 501(c)(3) with contributions tax deductible as allowed by law. The directors of the Foundation are OFBF board members, OFBF staff and other interested groups. In addition to selling Farm Bureau apparel, the Foundation is organizing a golf outing scheduled for June 10 at The Country Club at Muirfield Village in Dublin, Ohio.
