Volunteer
Lynn Eisele, Butler County

As a teen-ager, Lynn Eisele became involved in the Butler County Farm Bureau. She served on the State Youth Committee from 1968 to 1971. She also represented Farm Bureau on the state junior fair board for two years. Later, Eisele sat on the committee to establish the Darwin Bryan Scholarship.

She was a part of the Milford Township Advisory Council from 1972 to 1980.

For the past eight years she has served as the Butler County youth adviser.

"I enjoyed Farm Bureau so much as a teenager that I felt it was just time to give back," Eisele said. "I’m very proud of our youth and their scrapbook of activities to win outstanding council five of the eight years that I have been adviser. It is amazing to record how much we do each year."

Eisele stepped down as the youth adviser this year. At this year’s Butler County Farm Bureau annual meeting, the youth prepared a video about Eisele’s Farm Bureau involvement and presented her with a Longaberger basket they all had signed.

Eisele also sits on the Butler County Farm Bureau board.

She and her husband, Bill, farm 160 acres. They are the parents of two grown children.
