File for your Lighting Tax CreditIf you purchased supplemental lighting for your multi-wheeled tractors to comply with Ohio’s new agricultural lighting law, you can apply for a credit on your 2001 Ohio income taxes. The tax credit can be either $1,000 or half the cost of the retrofitting, whichever is the lesser amount, and can be claimed on the Ohio Schedule E business credit form on line 4.
