Arnold AppointedOhio Gov. Bob Taft appointed OFBF staffer Dale Arnold to serve on the Public Benefits Advisory Board (PBAB) with the Ohio Department of Development (ODOD). The board advises the ODOD and other state agencies on consumer programs concerning utility deregulation, energy efficiency projects and the utility payments for low-income families program for Ohio's gas and electric public utilities. Arnold, OFBF director of energy services, also serves on the customer choice program advisory boards with Columbia Gas of Ohio, American Electric Power and Vectren Energy Delivery of Ohio. He will represent farm, small business and rural residential consumers on the PBAB. | |
