Faces David Schleich David Schleich was appointed chief of Plant Industry Division in 2000. The Division of Plant Industry oversees the pesticide, grain warehouse and seed, feed and fertilizer; apiary and plant pest programs. The division is ODA’s second largest and most diversified program. Schleich has been employed at ODA since 1984 where his duties included overseeing the grain warehouse section. He was instrumental in developing the current warehouse examination program and computerizing the program. He has served as a past president of the American Association of Warehouse Control Officials. He is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in agriculture. | |
