Fifth-graders Attend Scarlet & Gray Ag Day Fifth-graders from throughout central Ohio visited The Ohio State University in late April to attend Scarlet and Gray Ag Day, an effort of OSU’s College of Food, Agricultural and Environmental Sciences with support from many organizations including Ohio Farm Bureau. Here, Rich Hess demonstrates how to hand-shell an ear of corn.
