Stimpert Leads CouncilOhio Farm Bureau’s Vice President of Government Affairs Keith Stimpert is serving a two-year term as president of the Ohio Agricultural Council (OAC). His term began in April and continues through March 2004. Stimpert will lead the group, which is composed of individuals and representatives of organizations interested in agriculture. OAC’s purposes are educational, charitable and scientific. The OAC publishes AgVenture: Exploring Ohio Agriculture, a magazine distributed to more than 6,000 fourth-grade teachers in Ohio. OAC also sponsors the Ohio Agricultural Hall of Fame and assists with Ohio State’s LEAD program. | |
