Cancel Pipeline EasementsLandowners who signed easement agreements with the ANR Pipeline Company may now want to terminate those contracts following abandonment of the proposed pipeline project (see story page 7.) Landowners are encouraged to contact ANR to discuss cancellation. Also, if the easements have been recorded, documents must be filed with the County Recorder’s office.
