Increasing customer service

Continuing a 20-year tradition, OFBF hosted a statewide Secretaries' Conference for nearly 60 county Farm Bureau office staff members. OFBF Director of Leadership and Technology David Rule said the purpose of the conference was to share information with the county office secretaries on customer service techniques; update them on new and changed member benefits; provide hands-on computer training; offer the opportunity for sharing ideas among counties; and address efficient handling of member records. In addition, the office staff members were recognized for their years of service. The two-day training was held in conjunction with Membership College in Columbus.
