Betsy Anderson,
Organization Director

Betsy Anderson started her career with Ohio Farm Bureau right after college. In 1984, she was named organization director for Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe and Noble counties – a position she still holds today.

As organization director, she acts as liaison between the county Farm Bureaus and OFBF. She will assist the county groups as they develop and implement programs to strengthen the organization and enhance their ability to serve members.

"The most rewarding part of working for the Farm Bureau is being able to help our members with a concern or problem. It is a great feeling to be able to direct folks in the direction to help themselves," Anderson said.

She is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture.

Anderson and her husband, Charlie, have two sons, A.J. and Austin. They are members of the Quaker City Methodist Church.
