Youth leads sheriff to felons

The Ashtabula County Farm Bureau presented a check for $1,500 for its Property Protection Program to Andrew Lower, center. He provided information that led to the arrest and conviction of four youths who broke into an Ashtabula County home.

Ohio Farm Bureau’s $1,500 Property Protection Reward is paid for giving information leading to the arrest and felony conviction of anyone committing a crime against a Farm Bureau member’s property.
