Kent Fisher
Buckeye Region supervisor

Kent Fisher was hired in 1986 as the organization director (OD) for Crawford, Morrow and Richland counties. He served those counties until 1989 when he was named OD for Franklin and Delaware counties. In 1992, he was named OFBF’s director of safety programs, and in 1996, he took on the responsibilities of the director of membership activities.

Fisher was named to his current position, Buckeye Region supervisor, in 2000. He oversees the activities of nine ODs serving members in 28 northwest and northcentral Ohio counties.

"The opportunity to serve Farm Bureau over the last 15 years has been an honor. I have enjoyed working with the many wonderful volunteers that I have come in contact with throughout the state," Fisher said.

The Indiana native is a graduate of Purdue University where he received his bachelor’s degree in agricultural communications. He is a member of the Gilead Christian School Board and is active in coaching youth baseball.

He and his wife, Lynette, have four children, Kyle, Konnor, Kolby and Kolin. They are members of the Mt. Gilead Friends Church and reside in Mt. Gilead.
