Sharon Dilbone
Print Services Manager

For the last 20 years Sharon Dilbone has served Ohio Farm Bureau, the past 16 as print services manager. She is responsible for purchasing and maintaining all equipment in the print services area, monitoring all facets of Farm Bureau postal needs and updating postal rules and regulations and managing company printing projects.

"I enjoy the variety of opportunities related to my job responsibilities. There are a lot of diversity and challenges to this position," Dilbone said. "The best part though, is meeting and working with Ohio farmers, Farm Bureau volunteers, board of trustees and Farm Bureau county and state staff. This is an amazing group of dedicated folks."

Prior to working for Farm Bureau, Dilbone was the senior program director for the Wooster Community Center. She graduated from Wooster Business College with an associate degree in business administration.

She is serving an eighth term on the Central Ohio Postal Customer Council board of directors. Dilbone is editor of the Ohio Postal Customer newsletter.

She and her husband, Doug, reside in Columbus and are active in the Quarter Horse industry. Doug acts as an auctioneer and ringman while Sharon clerks at many Quarter Horse sales across the country.
